Owner, CEO

Kelly Andrews, originally from Arizona, has been in Vegas for over 15 years and considers it to be her home. Our owner and CEO, Kelly loves her DA family and being able to connect with the community and be a part of making a difference in young dance addicts’ lives. Kelly has been a dance mom for over 20 years and before helping build Dance Addiction from the ground up, ran a private preschool for over 15 years. She loves working and connecting with kids and their families! Kelly is a mom of four and grandmother to one angel granddaughter. Kelly takes pride in balancing fun, family, work and fitness daily while maintaining an extremely active lifestyle. She considers health & fitness to be a huge part of her life and enjoys it in any form. She is a certified cycling instructor at Cyclebar and has trained for, and run several Ragnar’s, Iron-Girl Triathlons, half marathons and participated in many other in and out of state races. When she’s not at the studio, gym, or Cyclebar, Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids and granddaughter and loves relaxing on the beach. Kelly’s lives by the motto, “If you are persistent, you’ll get it. If you’re consistent, you’ll keep it!”



Amy Cropper is a Las Vegas native with 22 years of dance experience and 12 years of teaching experience. She is a Foothill and UNLV alumna and danced all eight years on Varsity and UNLV Rebel Girls. Following graduation, Amy spent two years as an assistant coach for the UNLV Rebel Girls, and then two years as an assistant coach for Foothill High School Dance. She danced and cheered for the semi-professional UFL Football Locos team as captain, worked for the National Dance Association teaching dance summer camps all across the country for three years, taught dance for the UNLV Rebel Starzz junior program for three years, and has been teaching dance at Dance Addiction since our opening and is one of our owners. Amy is a certified National Group Fitness Instructor for Lifetime Fitness where she teaches cycling, various strength classes, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, and soon to be High Fitness Certified. In her free time she loves watching movies and making cake pops. Amy’s favorite style of dance is hip hop and jazz and her favorite part about teaching at DA is seeing her dancers improve their skills as well as their confidence. She loves helping cultivate the next generation of dancers because of the way dance has shaped her entire life during the good times and bad. Her passion is creating a healthy lifestyle and a positive outlet for everyone she comes in contact with.


General Manager

Sydney Broadwell, originally from Arizona, has been dancing since the age of two and was a member of the nationally ranked Foothill High School Varsity Dance team for three years. She is currently in school at the College of Southern Nevada finishing her degree, and is a certified personal trainer. Sydney is passionate about fitness and loves to run, hike, cycle, lift weights, play sports, and pretty much anything that moves her body! She is a certified indoor cycling instructor at CycleBar-Henderson. Sydney has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2015 and has since moved to management. She loves how dance has pushed her to be her best and get out of her comfort zone, and hopes that all of our dance addicts will apply the same drive to their dancing. Sydney considers Dance Addiction her second home and loves her family of dance addicts!



Artistic Director, DA Elite Competition Teams

Alexa Cardon, originally from Utah, started dancing at the age of three at The Dance Club in Orem, Utah. While training at the studio, she was able to perform and compete around the country, including the 2002 Winter Olympics with Earth Wind and Fire in the closing ceremonies. At the age of 12, her family moved to San Clemente, California where she began strictly training Vaganava Ballet with Youth American Ballet under the direction of Bolshoi Ballets’ Victor and Tatiana Kasatsky. Alexa has danced in principle roles of full-length ballets such as The Nutcracker, Seven Beauties, Don Quixote, and Raymonda. She was a top 12 finalist at Youth American Ballet in New York City Nationals and won the Stars of Tomorrow scholarship from La Dorth Chandler Music Center. Alexa has danced with ballet companies such as Lines Ballet (San Francisco), Staats Ballet (Berlin, Germany), Stugart Ballet (Stugart, Germany), and MyWay Dance (Kiev, Ukraine). She has taught ballet at multiple studios around Northern Utah where her ballet choreography has won many awards in multiple competitions. Alexa graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Family History, Genealogy and specializes in Southern States Genealogy. While attending BYU, she taught jazz technique for students and dancers in the Young Ambassadors program for over two years. In her free time, Alexa likes to spend time with her family and participate in fitness competitions. Alexa has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2019 and loves to show young dancers how ballet is not only important for all areas of dance, but outside the studio as well. She hopes to bring a fun energy that gets dancers excited to take ballet.

Dani Thurston


Front desk, sub for all styles 

Danielle Thurston is a Las Vegas native who danced on the nationally ranked Foothill High School Varsity Dance Team for three years and was a member of the UNLV Rebel Girls and Company team for one year. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as taking her dogs to the lake! Her favorite style of dance is pom and she loves all the turns and jumps. Danielle has been working at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to have her joining our team.


Hip Hop, Toddler Dance Classes, Tumbling

Dagney Goodfellow is a Las Vegas native and has been a member of the nationally ranked Foothill High School Varsity Dance Team for two years. She has trained at multiple studios including B. Sharp School of Dance and Dance Addiction. In her free time, Dagney loves to spend time outdoors, embark on adventures, and dance. Her favorite style of dance is jazz and hip hop. Dagney has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2019 and loves the feeling of family she feels every time she comes into the studio.


Hip Hop

Gage Jaeger Johnson is a Las Vegas native and has trained with various dance crews such as High Profile and the Rebel Girls & Company. He has competed in World of Dance L.A., Las Vegas, and Chicago and is represented by MSA Talent Agency. From winning multiple national titles on the all-male dance team at Desert Oasis High School to being apart of the first addition of boys on the UNLV Rebel Girls & Company and winning two national titles in the D1A hip-hop division, Gage has been recognized for not only his dancing, but his choreography as well. He has been teaching choreography in the Las Vegas dance community for the past six years and has taught for numerous competitive teams across the nation. He is a student of hip-hop culture and wants to help educate everyone he has the privilege of working with on the history and traditions that have made hip-hop what it is today. He has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2018 and loves leaving his students with a better understanding of the techniques behind hip-hop and emphasizing the purpose and quality of each movement. He always strives to highlight the best qualities of each dancer and showcase the passion that they have for dance.


Ballet, Jazz, Pom, Technique, Tumbling

Hannah Ray, originally from Colorado, grew up trained in the Royal Academy of Dance for ballet and later turned her focus to hip hop and jazz. She has been in Las Vegas for four years attending UNLV and pursuing a degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications. She is a former member of the UNLV Rebel Girls Dance team and won two collegiate national titles with the team. Hannah is in her fifth year with the National Dance Alliance where she is a head instructor and judge. In her free time, Hannah likes to travel, especially when she gets to travel to teach and choreograph dance. Hannah has been teaching at Dance Addiction since the start of 2019 and loves to see her students improve week to week. She feels that there is nothing better than watching their confidence and love for dance grow every day.

Jeremiah Chung, originally from Chicago, is a certified personal trainer and was a competitive cheerleader for seven years. He has coached tumbling and stunting for five years and is a huge fan of hip hop. In his free time, Jeremiah likes to workout, play video games, and build computer towers. He has even played in a semi-pro league for a couple of video games! Jeremiah has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to have him join our team.


Hip Hop

Jeremiah Williams is a Las Vegas native and currently attending UNLV and pursuing a degree in Business Finance and a minor in Information Technology. He is a member of the UNLV Rebel Girls & Company where they have won three national titles and are the Red-bull Bracket Reel Champions. Jeremiah has competed in World of Dance L.A., Las Vegas, and Chicago, was a part of the Las Vegas Aces Wild Card Crew, and a background dancer for K. Kaviar. In April 2020, Jeremiah competed for USA on the U.S. National Hip Hop Team for ICU Worlds. In addition to dancing, Jeremiah is talented in choreography and creative direction with each team he has been on. In his free time, he loves to try new foods and shoot some hoops. He has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2018 and loves to challenge his dancers to get out of their comfort zone and to become confident in themselves and their abilities.


Jazz, Contemporary, Technique, Adult Dance Class

Landry Fernando, originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, is an accomplished dancer/choreographer with over 10 years of experience training in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and Acro/Tumbling. Her professional career began at the age of ten when she got her first dancing role as a Munchkin in the 2010 Broadway tour of The Wizard of Oz. Since then, she has traveled all over the country, teaching, filming commercials, and performing in live shows like World of Dance, Choreographers Carnival, and numerous corporate events. In 2014, Landry began coaching her own competitive dance teams, where her choreography was recognized with multiple regional and national titles. Landry relocated to Las Vegas in 2017 where she has had the opportunity to further expand her dance career and continues to work with the industry's best. Landry’s favorite style of dance is Jazz Funk and her favorite part about teaching at Dance Addiction is being able to constantly change the focus, goals, and challenges in her classes as her students improve.

Hip Hop

Troy and Marisa are a married couple who have been dancing together for 10+ years. They specialize in training all levels/styles, competition choreography, photo/video, and show production. 

Marisa grew up dancing on the performing arts company at the nationally ranked Bunker Dance Center in North Las Vegas. It was there that she learned all styles of dance from hip hop, jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, Bollywood, musical theater, and more. She has earned numerous national titles performing the works of Peter Chu, Stacey Tookey, Jason Parsons, Aaron Turner, Pam Chu, Martha Nichols, NappyTabs, and many more. Since 2010, she has been a dancer on a collegiate hiphop team called High Profile which was then directed by Troy Corrales. Since then, they have participated and won titles at prestigious competitions such as Hiphop International, World of Dance, Prelude, and more. Marisa is currently an active dance teacher in the Vegas valley teaching all styles and is also a Talent Operations Manager for Dragon Talent Group. 

Troy Corrales has worked in the professional industry for companies such as Paul Mitchell, Missy Cochran Entertainment, Dragon Talent Group, and more. For the past 6 years, he has been a dancer and is currently the dance co-captain at the Jabbawockeez show at the MGM Grand. 

Troy and Marisa currently creatively direct Playground Dance Company and the Desert Oasis Diamondback Dance Crew. They have led PG and DDC to several national titles across competitions such as World of Dance, Hiphop international, Monsters of Hiphop, Contest of Champions, USA, NDA, and many more. These two have produced recitals and also operate their own dance showcase called Open Forum. 

Troy and Marisa have seen many of their own dancers move onto collegiate, professional, and industry talent work. This duo operates in excellence and does whatever it takes to see their dancers grow and thrive. If there’s anything entertainment, dance, or production wise that you need, these two can provide. 

Troy and Marisa have been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to have them join our team. They are excited to be part of the Dance Addiction family, see their dancers grow, and be part of something amazing!

Melissa Vargo Dance Instructor


Ballet, Latin Fusion, Tap, Modern

Melissa Vargo, originally from New York, has 26 years of dance experience, 16 years of teaching experience, and 7 years of performing professionally. She graduated with her Bachelors in Arts and Letters Dance from State University of NY at Buffalo in 2012 with Honors from the National Society of Dance Arts. She completed her studies with an academic Study Abroad program in Beijing, China at Capital Normal University. Melissa studied Performance, Dance Education, and Traditional Chinese Dance. Melissa also instructed American Vernacular dance at the University. 

Melissa danced in Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker through the Dance with Us program in North America. Out of hundreds who auditioned in New York, Melissa was selected and danced Russian and Chinese variations for 3 seasons under the direction of Clare Fetto. Melissa has also performed professionally with many artists such as R3hab, Future, Borgore, Steve Angello, Markus Schulz, and more. She has also performed for many major corporate companies and parties such as Microsoft and industrial events for Kourtney Kardashian.

Melissa is a current member of the National Dance Education Organization and has taught at number studios in the Las Vegas, NV and Western New York areas. Her fondness for working with children and her commitment to the community has led to her teaching at many local schools, community service centers, and colleges.

Melissa owns a production company and is a registered Talent Agent in the state of Nevada and California. Melissa’s true passion lies in producing and events. From multi-million dollar weddings to producing shows for Travis Barker, Melissa’s experience is one of a kind in Las Vegas. She currently produces custom entertainment programs for Wynn Nightlife and MGM Resorts International through her company, Melissa Vargo Productions.

In her spare time, Melissa loves hanging out with her dog Sal, snowboarding, hand rolling homemade pasta, Latin social dancing, and traveling. Melissa has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2018 and not only loves the studio space, staff, and the feeling of family, but also how kind and positive each of her students are.


Sub & assist for all styles

Natalie Belingheri is a Las Vegas native and has danced in multiple studios her whole life. She is currently a member of the nationally ranked Foothill High School Dance Team and loves to perform any chance she can get. Her favorite style of dance is Jazz and has been hugely impacted by dance. In her free time Natalie likes to go on hikes, spend time outside, try new foods and new adventures, spend time with her friends and family, and dance. Natalie has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2019 and her favorite part about teaching is being able to help her students improve their skills in such a positive, happy environment like Dance Addiction.


Brand & Marketing Manager

Rachel Andrews, originally from Texas, is not a dancer but loves to watch and enjoy the talent of so many young dance addicts, especially her sisters-in-law. Rachel graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in graphic design and manages all brand, design, photography, social media, and marketing at Dance Addiction. She loves taking on creative challenges and really enjoys being able to help develop and grow a brand. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and her two-year-old future dance addict.

Tap, Ballet, Toddler Dance

Taylor Young, originally from New Orleans, has trained in all styles of dance since the age of three and has been teaching for several years. Taylor came to Vegas after graduating in 2019 from Northwestern State University Natchitoches, LA with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre with a concentration in Dance. During her time there, she performed in several dance concerts, as well as featured dance roles in the musicals "Oklahoma!" and "The Wizard of Oz." Taylor found her love for musical theatre and teaching while choreographing for the musicals, "Into the Woods" and "1940's Radio Hour." She was also dance captain for several dance and musical theatre pieces throughout her four years. Aside from NSU, she danced professionally in Amarillo, TX with "TEXAS! The Outdoor Musical" for two summers. Taylor was dance captain in performances for both the Halloween and Christmas parades in downtown Summerlin. When she isn't dancing, she's working at Cyclebar Henderson as both Assistant General Manager and a certified cycling instructor. Taylor has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to her join our team and bring some southern twang to this Vegas heat!


Jazz. Leaps & Turns

Tatum Fuller is a Las Vegas native and from a young age has been very athletic and full of energy. She started out as a competitive gymnast at Gymcats and represented the state of Nevada at the Regionals competition twice. Tatum soon found her love for dance and trained at The Rock Center for Dance where she was a member of the competition team for three years. She received “Best Dancer Finalist” twice at The Dance Awards and also danced in a headline performance with The Rock Company at the World of Dance Competition here in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is currently attending UNLV and pursuing a career in elementary education and a member of the UNLV Rebel Girls and Company. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and going on vacations. Her favorite style of dance is jazz funk (a style very fun and energetic), and loves to share her love of dance with others, especially her students. Tatum has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to have her join our team.


Tumbling, Cheer

Tori Strehlow is a Las Vegas native and has been doing gymnastics since the age of two. She competed five years in gymnastics with Gymcats and seven years in cheer, including the Foothill High School Varsity Cheer Team. She is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada where she is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. In her free time, Tori lies to exercise, be outside, lay out by the pool, and spend time with her friends and family. Tori has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2016 and loves to inspire and grow with her students.
