Owner, CEO

Kelly Andrews, originally from Arizona, has been in Vegas for over 15 years and considers it to be her home. Our owner and CEO, Kelly loves her DA family and being able to connect with the community and be a part of making a difference in young dance addicts’ lives. Kelly has been a dance mom for over 20 years and before helping build Dance Addiction from the ground up, ran a private preschool for over 15 years. She loves working and connecting with kids and their families! Kelly is a mom of four and grandmother to one angel granddaughter. Kelly takes pride in balancing fun, family, work and fitness daily while maintaining an extremely active lifestyle. She considers health & fitness to be a huge part of her life and enjoys it in any form. She is a certified cycling instructor at Redemption Henderson and has trained for, and run several Ragnar’s, Iron-Girl Triathlons, half marathons and participated in many other in and out of state races. When she’s not at the studio, gym, or Cyclebar, Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids and granddaughter and loves relaxing on the beach. Kelly’s lives by the motto, “If you are persistent, you’ll get it. If you’re consistent, you’ll keep it!”



Artistic Director, DA Elite Competition Teams

Alexa Cardon, originally from Utah, started dancing at the age of three at The Dance Club in Orem, Utah. While training at the studio, she was able to perform and compete around the country, including the 2002 Winter Olympics with Earth Wind and Fire in the closing ceremonies. At the age of 12, her family moved to San Clemente, California where she began strictly training Vaganava Ballet with Youth American Ballet under the direction of Bolshoi Ballets’ Victor and Tatiana Kasatsky. Alexa has danced in principle roles of full-length ballets such as The Nutcracker, Seven Beauties, Don Quixote, and Raymonda. She was a top 12 finalist at Youth American Ballet in New York City Nationals and won the Stars of Tomorrow scholarship from La Dorth Chandler Music Center. Alexa has danced with ballet companies such as Lines Ballet (San Francisco), Staats Ballet (Berlin, Germany), Stugart Ballet (Stugart, Germany), and MyWay Dance (Kiev, Ukraine). She has taught ballet at multiple studios around Northern Utah where her ballet choreography has won many awards in multiple competitions. Alexa graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Family History, Genealogy and specializes in Southern States Genealogy. While attending BYU, she taught jazz technique for students and dancers in the Young Ambassadors program for over two years. In her free time, Alexa likes to spend time with her family and participate in fitness competitions. Alexa has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2019 and loves to show young dancers how ballet is not only important for all areas of dance, but outside the studio as well. She hopes to bring a fun energy that gets dancers excited to take ballet.



New York native, Eric Lehn, received his BFA in Dance performance from Towson University in 2013. Eric was fortunate enough to work with artists such as Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, Runqiao Du, and Vincent Thomas. He has had the privilege of performing works choreographed by Alvin Ailey, Robert Battle, Troy Powell, Kevin Iega Jeff and Frank Chaves. Eric received his training, on full scholarships, from the American Ballet Theatre Collegiate program, the Joffrey Ballet School NYC and as a summer apprentice with River North Dance Chicago. Eric is an original cast member of Sleeping Beauty Dreams, staring world-renowned prima ballerina, Diana Vishneva, choreographed by Edward Clug.
Eric is currently a cast member of the international show Rock The Ballet X, choreographed by Adrienne Canterna.

During his study, Eric was a member of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts Advocates. He believes that all students should have the same access to dance education regardless of their skin color, gender, orientation, religion, body type or economic level of freedom.
Eric has had the privilege of joining Liberate Artist Inc and has taught at numerous studios across the US. He is proficient in teaching ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop and acrobatics to a wide range of ages and learning capabilities. Eric is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers to live up to their highest potential. Eric has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so grateful to have him on our team!


Ballet, Jazz, Pom, Technique, Tumbling

Hannah Ray, originally from Colorado, grew up trained in the Royal Academy of Dance for ballet and later turned her focus to hip hop and jazz. She has been in Las Vegas for four years attending UNLV and pursuing a degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications. She is a former member of the UNLV Rebel Girls Dance team and won two collegiate national titles with the team. Hannah is in her fifth year with the National Dance Alliance where she is a head instructor and judge. In her free time, Hannah likes to travel, especially when she gets to travel to teach and choreograph dance. Hannah has been teaching at Dance Addiction since the start of 2019 and loves to see her students improve week to week. She feels that there is nothing better than watching their confidence and love for dance grow every day.


Jazz, Contemporary, Technique

Landry Fernando, originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, is an accomplished Dancer/Choreographer with over 13 years of experience training in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and Acro/Tumbling. Her professional career began at the age of ten when she got her first dancing role as a Munchkin in the 2010 Broadway tour of The Wizard of Oz. Since then, she has traveled all over the country, teaching, filming commercials, and performing in live shows such as World of Dance and Choreographers Carnival. In 2014, Landry began coaching her own competitive dance teams, where her choreography has been recognized with multiple regional and national titles. Landry relocated to Las Vegas in 2017 where she has had the opportunity to further expand her dance career. She regularly performs at events on the Las Vegas Strip and continues to work with the industry's best.


Office Manager, Hip Hop

Maddie Dion, originally from California, has been dancing since the age of three and is a FHS alumna where she was a member of the nationally ranked Foothill High School Varsity Dance Team for three years. She is currently attending UNLV and pursuing a degree in Nursing to become a labor and delivery neonatal nurse. In her free time, Maddie is usually studying, drinking coffee, or getting in her Grey’s Anatomy fix. Her favorite style of dance is hip hop and loves to share her love and experience in dance with her students. Maddie has been teaching at DA since 2019 and loves the friendly atmosphere and her student’s desire and ambition to learn.


Hip Hop

Troy and Marisa are a married couple who have been dancing together for 10+ years. They specialize in training all levels/styles, competition choreography, photo/video, and show production. 

Marisa grew up dancing on the performing arts company at the nationally ranked Bunker Dance Center in North Las Vegas. It was there that she learned all styles of dance from hip hop, jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, Bollywood, musical theater, and more. She has earned numerous national titles performing the works of Peter Chu, Stacey Tookey, Jason Parsons, Aaron Turner, Pam Chu, Martha Nichols, NappyTabs, and many more. Since 2010, she has been a dancer on a collegiate hiphop team called High Profile which was then directed by Troy Corrales. Since then, they have participated and won titles at prestigious competitions such as Hiphop International, World of Dance, Prelude, and more. Marisa is currently an active dance teacher in the Vegas valley teaching all styles and is also a Talent Operations Manager for Dragon Talent Group. 

Troy Corrales has worked in the professional industry for companies such as Paul Mitchell, Missy Cochran Entertainment, Dragon Talent Group, and more. For the past 6 years, he has been a dancer and is currently the dance co-captain at the Jabbawockeez show at the MGM Grand. 

Troy and Marisa currently creatively direct Playground Dance Company and the Desert Oasis Diamondback Dance Crew. They have led PG and DDC to several national titles across competitions such as World of Dance, Hiphop international, Monsters of Hiphop, Contest of Champions, USA, NDA, and many more. These two have produced recitals and also operate their own dance showcase called Open Forum. 

Troy and Marisa have seen many of their own dancers move onto collegiate, professional, and industry talent work. This duo operates in excellence and does whatever it takes to see their dancers grow and thrive. If there’s anything entertainment, dance, or production wise that you need, these two can provide. 

Troy and Marisa have been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to have them join our team. They are excited to be part of the Dance Addiction family, see their dancers grow, and be part of something amazing!



Mirella Costa Neto is originally from São Paulo, Brazil. She trained in Brazil for 8 years, at the age of 16, she got a full scholarship to join Miami City Ballet School and moved to the U.S. Throughout her career, she has participated in several acclaimed Ballet competitions world-wide including Youth American Grand Prix, placing Top 12 in the U.S.; Festival de Dança de Joinville, earning two Gold Medals; and the Helsinki International Ballet Competition in Finland.
In 2013, she joined Sarasota Ballet where she performed works by Sir Frederick Ashton, Michael Fokine, Anthony Tudor and August Bournonville, as well as contemporary choreographers such as Paul Taylor and Christopher Wheeldon. During her career she has also danced the lead on many ballets by George Balanchine including Jewels, Stars and Stripes, Apollo, Tarantella, Serenade, The Four Temperaments, Valse Fantaisie and Raymonda Variations.
In 2017 she joined Nevada Ballet Theatre (NBT) , Mirella’s lead roles have included “Rum and Coca Cola” in Paul Taylor’s Company B , “Winter Fairy” in NBT’s production of The Nutcracker by James Canfield, “Eaglet” in Septime Webre’s Alice in Wonderland, “Svetlana” in Ben Stevenson’s Dracula and most recently the role of Odette and Odile in Ben Stevenson’s Swan Lake. Mirella has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2020 and we are so blessed to have her on our team!


Super Stars & Broadway Babies

Natalie Belingheri has lived in Las Vegas most of her life and has grown up dancing in a variety of studios from a young age. She has been a member of the nationally ranked Foothill High School Dance Team for four years and loves to perform any chance she can get. Her favorite style of dance is Jazz and has been hugely impacted by dance. In her free time Natalie likes to go on hikes, spend time outside, try new foods and new adventures, spend time with her friends and family, and dance. Natalie has been teaching at Dance Addiction since 2019 and she loves working with little kids and enjoys being able to share her passion for dance with the next generation of dancers. Her favorite part about teaching is being able to help her young, beginner students start their dance journey and grow to love dancing!


Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical

Trynity Marchant grew up in Boulder City, NV. She started her training at “Dance Etc.” where she studied many styles including; ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, hip hop and musical theater. After graduating high school Trynity decided to travel. In 2015 she concluded “The Teacher Training Certificate Program” at Millennium Dance Complex Los Angeles and then went to complete “The Professional Semester” at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, NY in 2017. After a year in the big apple she decided to move back to Las Vegas and begin her professional performing career. Since returning Trynity has been grateful to fulfill many contracts both here and abroad. Her credits include; Natasha Bedingfield, Cirque du Soleil, CBS, Canon, Netflix, Dillard’s, Legends in Concert, MJ Live, and more. Trynity views herself as a constant student of the craft and looks forward to helping share the love and foundation with others.


Paige Moss grew up dancing in the studio setting beginning at the age of two. She danced competitively with her studio from ages six to 15 training in everything from ballet and pointe to contemporary and hip hop. Her sophomore year of high school she transitioned from the studio world into the dance team world by joining the Foothill Varsity Dance Team. She spent her last three years of high school on this team and was captain by senior year. Upon graduating high school she made the Grand Canyon University Dance Team where she spent four years performing, competing, and representing her university. During her time on this team she earned three first place National Champion titles at UDA College Nationals. Today she has graduated college and is back in Nevada coaching the Foothill Dance Team along with teaching dance at various studios in the valley. She loves being able to share her wide knowledge of dance with the younger generations and encourage them to follow their passions.


Kaidyn is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher. Aside from growing up in the entertainment industry, Kaidyn graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelors of the Arts in Modern Dance. During her time in her undergrad program, Kaidyn has had the opportunity to attend several dance conferences in the Northwest such as ACDA 2018, and IDEO  2019, where she has received education from top dancers and educators. Over the past 4 years she has been introduced to and trained in several modern dance techniques such as Bartenieff/Laban, Alexander, and Gaga. Her latest inspirations in her own choreographic works stem from Gaga Technique founded by Ohan Naharin and the works of Pina Bausch. As of recent, Kaidyn had the opportunity to be a member of the BYU-Idaho Touring Dance Company “Dance Alliance” and was recently certified as a Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance.Through the opportunities and experiences from accredited professors and mentors in her undergrad program and career opportunities, Kaidyn’s love of all things dance, movement, and teaching has grown immensely. It has become her life-goal to be an instrument of inspiration for her past, present, and future students. 


My name is Averie Watson. I have lived in Henderson since I was in first grade and have been dancing for 13 years. I have a very heavy background in gymnastics, in which I participated and competed at Gymcats for 5 years. Since then I have spent 5 years dancing in various studios training in Ballet, Hiphop, Jazz, and contemporary. For the past 4 years of my high school career, I have been dancing on the nationally ranked varsity dance team at Foothill High School. I have been working at Dance Addiction since the summer of 2021 and my absolute favorite part is to develop strong relationships with these kids and watch them grow and advance in ways that I could never imagine! 


Emma Gilmore, originally from Las Vegas, Nevada is a dancer, teacher and choreographer. She got a bit of a late start in dance starting at the age of 10, but has consistently been training for 8 years in all styles. She is currently captain of the Foothill Dance Team in which they perform and compete nationally. She is also currently apart of Playground Dance Company where she gets to train and compete specifically in hip hop. Emma has been with the Dance Addiction family since it’s opening year and was once on the first ever competition team for the studio! Now she has been teaching at the studio for 2 years and loves to help kids grow to be better dancers!
